Hello and welcome. My name is Megan Slover. I am a wife to Ryan, that amazing man to the right and a mom to those 3 cuties. Andersyn is 10 (she is behind us) and Bradley and Emily are 7, I still call them the twins, and lastly that handsome fur baby (not pictured at his finest) is Rollo. I have been a healthcare professional for over 15 years working in critical care. Today I am a Nurse Practitioner in a large ICU taking care of critically ill patients. I am celebrating 14 years of recovery from alcohol. I was a total binge drinker and quit when I was 24. As hard as that was, it was by far the best thing that ever happened to me. About 9 years ago, after I had my first baby, Andi, I was so uncomfortable in my skin. My skin made me cringe most days. I decided I was ready to get control of my health and get out of my “mom bod.” I spent time learning about food and how it made me feel. I explored paleo, whole30, intermittent fasting, carb cycling, and more. I knew what foods I needed to eat to fuel my body and energize me. It wasn’t until I learned about macros and macro counting when it all came together and I got the body I was always dreaming of. After years of trial and error, ups and downs, I decided to write my own program. I wrote something that works, works for me and can work for everyone. Enough Nutrition is my heart and soul. It combines healthy food options that heal our bodies, fuels us, gives us energy, improves sleep, fights disease, and improves our overall health. I wrote this program so it will be the LAST program that I will ever have to do, and soon you too. You will learn to feed your body what it needs in a properly proportioned way to get the results you want. In Enough Nutrition we learn how to eat the right foods by using macros to fit our goals. Here is the deal. I love people, I love helping people, and I love the skin I am in and I want the same for every person in this world. I want anyone who hates those pair of jeans or dreads getting out of oversized sweats, or misses out on events because they don’t like how they look or feel (that was me so I get it) to know they don’t have to live that way. They can change their relationship with food and love the skin they are in. I truly believe I was placed here on this earth to help change people and to inspire them to know that they are ENOUGH.
